No. Answero takes 0% of what you earn. The only cost is Stripe's standard processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, which is the same rate Stripe charges on any platform.
Answero is free to start, with up to 6 paid questions a month at a fixed price of $5, $10, or $20. The Pro plan is $16/month and removes the question limit, adds custom pricing, and lets you control how many open questions you have at once.
Free gives you unlimited setup but caps you at 6 paid questions a month with fixed pricing. Pro removes that cap entirely, lets you set any price instead of a fixed $5/$10/$20, and gives you control over how many unanswered questions can sit in your inbox at once.
No. The only fee on any transaction is Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, which is deducted automatically. Answero doesn't add any fee of its own, and Pro is a flat monthly price with nothing extra layered on top.
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time — there's no lock-in contract. Refunds within the first 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis, for situations like forgetting to cancel or not being able to use the product due to a technical issue.
On the Free plan you choose one fixed price — $5, $10, or $20. On the Pro plan you can set any custom price you want, and change it whenever you like.
Pro subscription refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days — for example, if you forgot to cancel or ran into a technical issue that stopped you using the product. It isn't an automatic or no-questions-asked refund; requests are reviewed individually.
